Posido Terms & Conditions — Clear, Simple, and Fully in English

Posido (posido.pro) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Posido and its members.

By creating an account or using the Posido platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using Posido and contact our support team.

• Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
• The name, address, and ID number provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable.
• Posido may request identity documents, proof of address, or other verification materials at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Posido Support immediately.

Posido maintains a strict policy to keep minors away from gaming activities.

• Minimum age to register and play on Posido 18 years।
• A national ID or birth certificate may be requested to verify your age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.
• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
• Parents and guardians should enable parental controls on their devices to prevent children from accessing Posido.

Financial transactions on Posido are simple, fast, and secure — though a few rules do apply.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum limit depends on your payment method and account level.
• Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. VIP members receive priority processing.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for any active bonus have not been met.

Posido offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before acceptance.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and applicable terms may vary from time to time.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds can generally be withdrawn after meeting the required wagering threshold. Each bonus comes with its own wagering conditions, which are stated separately.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• No duplicate bonus claims: Each promotion is available to a member once only. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Posido reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Certain general rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games on Posido.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. Different rules apply if the match is abandoned after it has started.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Posido reserves the right to void that bet.
• Delays may occur in live betting. Attempting to exploit such delays when placing bets will be considered misconduct.
• Posido reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any individual member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Posido platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets strategically to exploit bonus offers (Bonus Abuse).
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to access or hack the game software.
• Collusion or syndicate betting against other members.
• Money laundering or any form of financial misconduct.
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other members on the platform.

Posido may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions or participation in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be verified and refunded.

Posido is strongly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn a living or resolve financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your betting activity for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: For extended breaks, you can close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders will be sent to keep you informed of how long you've been playing.

In the event of a complaint or dispute, Posido will address the matter through the following process:

• Step One: Reach our support team via live chat or email.
• Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, you may file a formal complaint. Posido will endeavour to respond within 7 business days.
• Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

Posido reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, members will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
• Minor or routine updates may take effect without prior notice.
• If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account.
• Continued use of Posido after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
